Actigate is a technology platform that provides clients with highly tailored solutions that significantly enhance the performance of pesticide products by improving the delivery of active ingredients into target pest cells.

When pesticides are applied, the active ingredients need to be taken up through one or more of the pest cell membranes in order to be effective. Actigate ‘escorts’ the AIs through the cell membranes more effectively than when they travel alone. Actigate does this by changing the interaction of the active ingredient with the cell membranes to increase its uptake into the target pest, compared to conventional pesticide formulations.
