Lynel is passionate about technology and innovation. She is a technology lawyer with a strong corporate and commercial background, having spent the last 20 years both in-house and in private practice at major international law firms. She has a depth of experience in intellectual property, with a focus on licensing and technology transfers, as well as in strategy and alliances doing mergers and acquisitions.
She has a Law Degree and J.D. from the University of Calgary and recently completely a course at MIT, Artificial Intelligence: Implications for Business Strategy. She considers herself a lifelong learner and is an inventor on a U.S. granted patent.
