As Chief Financial Officer, Mike provides senior executive leadership at Terramera, executing key strategic initiatives and transactions, and overseeing all accounting activities with a close eye on the bottom line.

Mike has over 25 years’ experience in various advisory and executive roles as a Cleantech CEO, lawyer, investment banker and entrepreneur. He began his career as a corporate and securities lawyer at McCarthy Tetrault before moving to investment banking at Raymond James Canada. He later became President and CEO of Nexterra Systems Corp., a private equity-funded Cleantech company where he headed numerous multi-million-dollar energy-from-waste projects across North America and the UK.

Mike has a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Toronto and is a Chartered Business Valuator.
