Lashand is known for delivering streamlined emerging business transformation solutions to multinational organizations.
With his proven track record of positioning organizations for success, spurring multi-million-dollar sales growth and profitability, Lashand will advise Terramera on digital business direction and building strategic differentiators towards achieving its goals of reducing the synthetic chemical load 80%, increasing farm productivity 20%, and increasing soil organic carbon 100% by 2030. As the newest member of the Strategic Advisory Board, he joins Nancy Roman, President and CEO of the Partnership for a Healthier America; Santa Ono, President and Vice-Chancellor of the University of British Columbia; Stewart Beck, President and CEO of the Asia Pacific Foundation of Canada; and Chairman of the board, Greg D’Avignon, President and CEO of the Business Council of BC.

He previously modeled and executed an advanced customer journey end-state-vision for a multibillion-dollar Fortune 500 Silicon Valley company, and re-built the global Managed Service Providers Professional Service Practice in his role at ServiceNow.
