Carl Casale spent twenty-six years working for Monsanto Company, starting as a sales representative in 1984 and after several sales, marketing, business development and business leadership roles concluded his tenure as Chief Financial Officer. In 2011, he left Monsanto to become CEO of CHS, Inc. which is the largest farmer owned cooperative in the United States and a Fortune 100 Company.
Mr. Casale currently provides advisory services to Private Equity and Venture Capital funds as well as being owner of Casale AG, LLC which is a commercial farming operation in Oregon. He also serves as a non-executive director of Ecolab and as an independent director of Syngenta AG.
Carl Casale holds a Bachelors of Agricultural Economics from Oregon State University and an Executive MBA from the Olin School of Business at Washington University in Saint Louis, Missouri.

Dominic Barton is a Senior Partner and served as Global Managing Partner of McKinsey & Company from 2009 to 2018. Dominic has advised clients in a range of industries including banking, consumer goods, high tech and industrials. Dominic was previously based in Shanghai as McKinsey’s Asia Chairman from 2004 to 2009 and led the Korea office from 2000 to 2004. He is Chairman of the Board of Directors of Teck Resources, the Chancellor of the University of Waterloo, the Chair of the Canadian Minister of Finance’s Advisory Council on Economic Growth and the Chair of the Seoul International Business Advisory Council.

Adrian Percy is a true AgTech innovator and champion. He formerly served as the Global Head of Research & Development for the Crop Science division of Bayer. Dr. Percy has over 25 years of experience in the global agriculture industry and is an advocate for the need for and benefits of modern agriculture. He is also a strong proponent for the development and adoption of new agricultural and food technologies which support global food security while protecting the environment. Dr. Percy holds a bachelor’s degree in Pharmacology from the University of Liverpool, a master’s degree in Toxicology and a doctorate in Biochemistry from the University of Birmingham. In addition to his leadership at Bayer Crop Science, he has held numerous positions in the research and development departments of Rhone Poulenc and Aventis Crop Science.
